Headwaters at Incarnate Word Environmental Film Lending Library Policy

Headwaters has a collection of films with community screening privileges. We are happy to lend DVDs out to community groups in our area. Below is the policy for borrowing and renting films from Headwaters at Incarnate Word. Please read the following carefully.

Admission cannot be charged as this would violate community screening privileges.
All collateral must include the Headwaters at Incarnate Word logo and website.
The borrower will take responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, the DVD by completing a loan agreement.
A fee will be charged to alter Headwaters’ film posters in any way, including screening date, time, venue, host organization name, and host logo.
