Youth On-site Visit Request Form
On-site visits are a great way to introduce students to the outdoors. On-site visits are typically two to three hours, and include multiple lessons on topics related to the Sanctuary. Most activities are modified versions of our Headwaters in the classroom lessons, which are based on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills standards. To request an on-site visit, please fill out the form below.

Visits work best in smaller groups (5 - 30 students). If your group is larger than 30 students, we recommend splitting the group. We will work to accommodate you whenever possible! Please contact our offices to learn more.
You are responsible for transporting students to and from the Sanctuary. We do not permit picnicking on the Sanctuary in order to protect the plants and animals that call this space home. Please make arrangements for students to eat elsewhere.
Please note that visits to Headwaters outside of normal business hours (after 5:00 pm during weekdays) are strongly preferred. Please contact us if you would like a visit, but are unable to come after normal business hours.
